Responsibilities

• Prepare reliable financial statements & schedules according to the time schedules
• Prepare reliable analysis reports
• Update books of the subsidiaries in charge into the accounting system
• Arrange periodical stock take for the subsidiaries according to the group policy
• Check computation of commission from operation departments
• Assist to reconcile Japan tours guide, car merchandised sales payable and receivable, hotel & bus company accounts
• Supervise daily operation of Japan section, including review expenses reports of Japan tour leaders and escort guides, review Japan tour cash advances and admission tickets, etc.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors.  

• Form 5 graduate, and holder of LCC Higher qualification
• Above 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in related industry
  
• Hard-working, able to work under pressure and work independently, and have good inter-personal skills
• Abilities in written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably in Mandarin
• Have computer knowledge, particularly Excel, Word, Emails, etc
