Responsibilities:

• Create new and update existing accounts
• Support daily credit review and order release
• Handle cash receipts and AR settlement
• Assist in managing daily collection activities
• Prepare and analyze AR aging and DSO report
• Communicate with other departments, as well as, management to alert them to any problems and/or high risk situations
• Negotiate with customers to expedite collection efforts in a customer centric manner
• Evaluate new account applications and establish credit parameters for all transactions to control the credit risk
• Assist the Asia Credit Manager to support daily operations and ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or Finance related discipline or equivalent experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Review
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial statements and review Credit report
• Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Systems
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
