Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create new and update existing accounts
- Support daily credit review and order release
- Handle cash receipts and AR settlement
- Assist in managing daily collection activities
- Prepare and analyze AR aging and DSO report
- Communicate with other departments, as well as, management to alert them to any problems and/or high risk situations
- Negotiate with customers to expedite collection efforts in a customer centric manner
- Evaluate new account applications and establish credit parameters for all transactions to control the credit risk
- Assist the Asia Credit Manager to support daily operations and ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or Finance related discipline or equivalent experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Review
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and review Credit report
- Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Systems
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
