Job Description
• Assist Financial Controller to manage accounting operation including full set of accounts, financial reporting & forecasting, month end closing, cash flow projection, and budgeting
• Review the financial statements and reports submitted by PRC subsidiaries
• Prepare consolidated financial statements according to the relevant accounting standards, listing rules and Hong Kong Companies Ordinance requirements
• Perform consolidation, prepare and review group interim/annual report
• Ensure implementation of proper internal control procedures
• Control and monitor the cost spent in the Company
• Handle company secretarial matters for the listed and private companies, including preparation and filing of statutory documents for companies incorporated in various jurisdictions
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines with HKICPA/ CPA / ACCA qualification preferable
• Qualified accountant preferred
• At least 7 years relevant experience with experience acquired in audit firm
• Solid experience in preparing published accounts of Hong Kong listed companies
• Familiar with accounting and taxation standard in both Hong Kong and PRC
• Perform well under tight deadlines and pressure
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, FlexSystem
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) • Immediate availability is highly preferred
