Job Description
The Role
- Provide all-round regional payroll functions for global offices
- Responsible for monthly payroll, final payment and leave calculations, monthly reports and MPF filing
- Communicate with stakeholders such as HR, Finance and external vendors regarding payroll matters, such as international and local payments
- Prepare budget, headcount analysis, cost analysis and perform reconciliation
- Maintain accuracy of data on HR systems
- Participate in improvement and enhancement projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 10 years hands on payroll experience gained from MNCs
- Regional payroll experience preferred
- Speak fluent Cantonese and English
