In pursuit of our growth so that our rich culinary culture and values can be realized, shared and embraced globally, we are looking for collaborating team members to join our Finance team. The incumbent will be a core member in the team responsible for AR, support in AP and completing monthly reconciliations. You are exceptionally organized, keeping the big picture in mind even dealing with the details.

How you will contribute:

• Responsible for the end-to-end Sales & Receivable reconciliation process of all sales receipt channels, including Cash, Octopus, and other electronic payments such as credit cards
• Follow up any discrepancies by collaborate with Shop Operations team, IT team and external service providers
• Handle petty cash reimbursement to staffs’ claims
• Assist in Accounts Payable functions, including but not limited to prepare accounting records and payment vouchers
• Prepare journal entries and reporting schedules for month-end closing, such as Prepayment, and Deposit, etc.
• Perform filing of finance-relevant documents, such as invoices and staff claims, etc.
• Support ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned

• Passionate with retail environment. Understand the retail industry and comfortable with the dynamic business cycle
• “Can-do” spirit.  Be flexible. Able to come up with ideas and seek out opportunities for development and improve processes with self-motivation
• Organize and detail-oriented. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Could achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing assigned tasks
• Team player. Ensure the team succeeds with all tasks, duties and projects. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and willingness to offer help to team members in need
• Technical. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• The experience. 1-3 years of experience in sales reconciliation gained from Retail or F&B industry. Position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and abilities.
• The education. Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or other relevant quantitative field
