Job Responsibilities

• Support operations of secondary market funds;
• Perform funds NAV, daily P&L calculation, trade, position and cash reconciliations between internal and external systems;
• Liaise with fund administrators, prime brokers and custodian banks  for transaction clearance and system data entry issues;
• Assist in payment settlement, record maintenance and report preparation;
• Handle enquiries from fund managers in an efficient manner;
• Provide operational support, ensure operational workflow comply with regulatory and internal operating guidelines;
• Support ad hoc task as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 3 years of asset management operations experience in financial institution;
• Experience in using asset management software such as Linedata is a plus;
• Self-motivated, organized, ability to work independently;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines;
• Meticulous with details and accurate with numbers;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including fluency of Mandarin);
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Officer, Operations.
