Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Internal Audit Department; 
• Responsible to conduct financial and operational reviews throughout regional business operations, coordinate IT audit reviews;
• Evaluate business operations and ensure relevant control and risk management procedures are developed and implemented;
• Identify, and clearly define, audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed and implemented;
• Provide oversight of audit planning/risk assessment, audit execution, closure, and reporting across regional business operations;
• Assisting the Head of Internal Audit Department to prepare high quality papers/reports for the Audit Committee meetings regularly; completes the annual audit plan as agreed by AC and any special reviews;
• Maintain whistleblowing system and conduct investigation as needed;
• Interface with many levels of the organization, including Senior Management;
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist in special projects as necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualified member of CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent;
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years experience in internal audit roles, of which, 2 years at managerial level.
• With internal audit experience of F&B/Retail/FMCG in sizable MNCs or HK listed companies is desired.
• Attentive to details, with strong common sense and analytical mind, good at problem solving.
• A team leader who is self-initiated, independent and able to meet tight schedules and deadline.
• Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with teammates and all levels of staff members from various business units
• Experience of IT audits/system implementation reviews, strong sense of process automation is highly preferable.
• Proficiency on written and spoken in English and Chinese/Putonghua.
• Willingness to occasional travel (about 20%)
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
