Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Accounting team in handling day to day accounting tasks, e.g. prepare cheque, cashier order, etc.
- Work closely with different departments for receipt verification and payment approval
- Follow up bank reconciliation items with operations
- Assist in month-end closing process, monthly financial reports preparation
- Maintain proper filing and perform any other departmental administrative duties
- Perform any ad hoc assignments
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
- LCCI higher or above
- 3 years' relevant working experience; with experience in motor industry will be an advantage
- Willing to work overtime (weekend/ public holiday overtime work for monthly closing with compensation leave)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A multi-task player in fast paced environment and tight deadlines
- Able to work in a team and also as a good team player independently
- Immediately available / short notice preferred
- Work Location: To Kwa Wan (5 minutes’ walk from MTR)
