Job Description
Job Duties
- Group Finance team
- Daily Finance operations
- Perform Accounting month-end procedures
- Manage cashflow forecast
- Management reporting
- Balance sheeting schedule
- Partner with 3PL for Inventory and sales platform reconciliation
- Statutory audit & tax filing with consultant
1. Basic Requirements
- At least 5 years accounting and audit (preferred) experience
- Undergraduate & mature in time management
- Cashflow forecast/management
- Master data management – Accounts Payable or Receivable
2. Knowledge
- MS Dynamics BC / Navision knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with managing accounting & reporting in an advantage
- Handle accounting and support Management Reporting
3. Skills / key competencies
- MS Office proficiency (including MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Hands-on and team collaboration
- Highly self-motivated to establish and improve processes
- Enjoy to work in a open and multi-cultural environment
4. Others
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (MUST), Cantonese, and Mandarin
