Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Chief Accountant in overseeing the rental properties accounts team
- Supervise a small team on bookkeeping, reviewing data accuracy and validating compliance
- Perform leasing control for Company’s leasing businesses
- Responsible for property managers’ company and consolidation accounts
- Compile management reports, budgets and forecasts
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications is preferred
- At least 7 years of solid working experience in overseeing accounting team of rental properties industry
- Mature, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient PC skills including MS Words, Excel, accounting system (i.e. FLEX, Fion and Yardi) and computerized rental billing system
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
