Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions including vouchers inputs, payment, and bank reconciliation;
• Matching POS system data;
• Assist the team head to handle full sets of accounts and month-end closing;
• Assist in regular auditing assignments and ensure all accounting documents and procedures are meeting the requirement for both external and internal audit purposes;
• Carry out ad hoc tasks when required

 Requirements:     

• High Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines;
• With relevant experience from Catering is preferable;
• Knowledge of F&B POS system would be an advantage;
• Familiar in Microdoft Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook);
• Attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to meet deadline;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance Clerk;
• Immediately available is preferred
