JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for maintaining A/R and A/P, Payments and Receipts.
• Perform daily financial & operational duties such as documents checking, data entries, payments, filing and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and maintain an audit system by implementing policies and procedures within accounting standards and practices for the finance department.
• Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in accounting or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience or above in the Accounting field.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Good computer skills in MS Word and Excel as well as accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, self-initiative, well-organised, responsible, proactive and of course good communication skills. Immediately available.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered in a senior position.
