Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions and reports
• Handle daily clerical work such as data entry and filing
• Ensure Accounts Payable records are maintained properly and related Accounts Payable reconciliations are done on a timely and accurately basis
• Assist in ad hoc admin duties as assigned by Management
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome

Requirements:

• Form 5 /DSE or above
• Accounting experiences in financial brokerage is preferred
• Willing to learn, service attitude and result oriented
• Independent, responsible, pleasant manner with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office including Excel
• Knowledge of SUN Accounting is definitely an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
