Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Responsible for daily operation of the Accounting Department, including book-keeping for daily transactions, data input, prepare vouchers and schedules, reconciliation of accounts and general routine accounting function, etc.
- Assist in the financial month-end closing
- Maintain a proper filing system
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Handle company secretarial matters for the group
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in finance or accounting
- With 1 to 2 years' experience in accounting or auditing
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in Peachtree and/or MYOB accounting systems and Kingdee is an advantage
- Experience in handling intermediate level company secretarial duties is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Work independence, good time management and observe deadline
- Good analytical skills and communication skills
- Proactive team player with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferable
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Accountant
