Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting, preferably with member of CPA
• 4-5 years accounting experience in full set of accounts and reporting
• Experience in account closing with overseas offices is preferred
• Background from Big 4 or second tier CPA firm will also be considered
• Self-motivated, dynamics, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and accounting software
• Good communication of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform the smooth financial accounting functions and full set of accounts
• Coordinate with subsidiary companies for month-end closing and reporting
• Responsible for intercompany & bank reconciliation and cashflow forecast
• Manage the AP, AR workflow and ensure accurate information in the system
• Prepare financial reports, forecasting, inventory and customer aging report
• Coordinate annual auditing with external auditors and perform ad hoc duties
