Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable
• Follow-up overdue invoices with debtors by calls or email proactively
• Monitor customers' credibility
• Prepare monthly statement, monthly aging report and credit management report
• Assist in month-end closing with regards to Accounts Receivable
• Handle daily office routine tasks and Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education with LCC&I Level 3 or above
• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in accounting
• Good written and spoken English is an advantage
• Team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and strive for continuous development
• Familiar with PC applications and good communication skill
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
•  Immediately available is highly preferable
