Job Description:
l Perform daily settlement for Hong Kong equities, IPO & Bonds;l Assist client requests of fund deposit and fund withdrawal;
l Assist the corporate action issues;
l Familiar with CCASS operation;
l Communicate with internal & external parties to solve the settlement problems;
l Assist in enhancing operational procedures and improving existing systems;
l Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements :
l At least 1-2 years relevant experience in settlement operations;l Strong PC skills & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
l Knowledge in CCASS operations is preferred
l Responsible, self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure;
l Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
l Immediate available is preferable.
