Job Description
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including preparation of accounts payable and filing documents;
• Responsible for accounts receivable and payroll calculation;
• Monitor the status of outstanding customers' accounts;
• Handle monthly expenses claim;
• Handle staffs attendance and working time calculation;
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required;

Requirements
• DSE / F5 or above, with LCCI Level 2 and minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Detail-minded, high accuracy in work, self-motivated, well organized and responsible;
• 5.5 working days with alternative Saturday off (Mon to Fri: 09:00-18:00 & Sat: 09:00-13:00)
