Major Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bookkeeping for the UK entity
• Handle the account payable and account receivable process
• Maintain financial accounting schedules
• Handle monthly group reporting and ad-hoc group queries
• Support, document and maintain business processes
• Provide daily operational support to Senior Management
• Provide support on corporate secretarial matters for the UK entity
• Work with cross functional teams across different regional offices
• Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions, and resolves any discrepancies
• Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Handle ad hoc duties as required
• Contract period (2-3 months)

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma & LCC Intermediate Accounting or above
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in related field
• Experience with property investment companies preferred
• Experience with bookkeeping, financial controls, and finance operations
• Working knowledge of Flex System and/or Flex Account is a plus
• Working knowledge of Window office system (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
