1、负责处理全套账目，包括月末结账及公司日常会计运作。

2、按時向上级提供财务报告和分析，包括各类财务报表及预算等。

3、负责编制管理报告、预算和现金流量预测。

4、负责编制上市公司年报，跟进年报编制工作。

5、负责处理企业间资金往来、管控子公司资本性支出等专项工作。

6、协助完成每年的审计项目。

7、协助临时任务和项目。

1、    Handling full set of accounts, month-end closing and daily accounting operation independently

2、    Prepare financial analysis, including consolidated financial statements, budget, analysis and regulatory.

3、    Responsible for preparing management reports, budget and cash flow forecasting, etc.

4、    Responsible for preparing annual report and follow-ups.

5、    Responsible for handling intercompany transactions and controlling the CAPEX of subsidiaries.

6、    Liaise with auditors for audit process.

7、    Carry out ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1、  有CPA、ACCA等相关专业资格证书;

2、  熟悉中国内地及香港会计准则;

3、  具备较强的语言文字表达能力，中、英语流利（书面及口头）;

4、  精通会计软件、MS office应用程序和中文报告写作技巧

1、  Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent;

2、  Understanding of PRC & HK GAAP;

3、  Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written, with proficiency in Mandarin;

4、  Proficiency in accounting package, MS office applications and Chinese word processing
