Job Descriptions:

• Perform daily accounting function, including data entries, prepare vouchers, issue cheque, etc.
• Maintain a proper filing system.
• Assist to prepare accounting schedules and reconciliation.
• Perform other clerical support for the accounting team & ad-hoc duties as required.
• Assist in year-end audit

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1-2 years' of work experience in Accounting field
• Certificate of LCCI Accounting Level I-III or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in Super Account System is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong sense of responsibilities and detail-minded, willing to learn, self-motivated, proactive with good interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
