Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Team Leader in the Credit Collection team;
• Solid experience in performing debt collection and credit control on client accounts;
• Key responsible person for surveilling the company’s account receivables;
• Streamline the company’s account receivables collection process;
• Liaise with different parties in resolving outstanding accounts;
• Advise management on mitigation/remedial measures and carry out debt recovery actions;
• Prepare monthly account receivables monitoring and collection reports;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks. 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business/Accounting/Management or related discipline;
• At least 4-5 years' of solid experience in debt collection / credit control in financial institution or commercial environment;
• With Accounting background / qualification is preferred;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Knowledge in using accounting systems;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good command of both oral and written Chinese & English;
• Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
