Job Description

• Working closely with the Investor Relations Director
• Manage all investor relations activities for the listed group.
• Work directly with sell-side and buy-side analysts and portfolio and asset managers.
• Work closely with senior management and Board of Directors regarding investor relations developments and trends.
• Work with PR team to advise on communication strategy
• Provide senior management with meaningful analysis, and assist on any debt and equity capital raising activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or any related discipline. Overseas graduate is highly advantageous.
• At least 8 years relevant Investor Relations experience in Multi National Corporations
• Experience managing Institutional Investors and Retail Investors
• Flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within an international team
• Solid financial knowledge with good analytical skills
• Excellent English & Mandarin written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills in the investment community, and the ability to collaborate with the executive team
