Job Description:

• Reporting directly to Finance Manager
• Assist Finance Manager in daily operations and responsible for General Ledger, Bank, Donation and Accounts Payable areas
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting including preparation and review of financial statements on a timely basis
• Prepare variance analysis, reports and schedules, etc. on a timely basis
• Assist in compiling monthly Financial reports and processing payment to vendors
• Assist to formulate and enhance the financial procedure to cope with the operational needs of the service
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of accounting duties
• Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements
• Assist the finance manager to handle SCHSA annual audit and other fund raising audits
• Perform any ad hoc projects / assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in NGOs but not mandatory

• Degree in Accountancy
• Finalist/membership of HKICPA or ACCA
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate will more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
