In this role, you will work very closely with the Partners and Associates, involving into a wide range of high profile corporate transactions including joint ventures, IPO, M&A and more. You will assist in due diligence, verification, drafting legal documents for cross-border transactions, conducting legal research, and assist on any ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate must have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience gained from an international law firm or sizable law firm with a focus on transaction work. Candidates with outstanding academic from a top university will be in advantage. Fluent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.
