• Manage account receivables and debt collection function
• Analyse credit performance and assist in implementation of credit control policy
• Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information to ensure compliance of statutory requirements
• Liaise closely with customers and other colleagues to resolve billing disputes and settlement of outstanding cases in a professional manner
• Review and monitor performance of credit agency
• Responsible for credit evaluation, accounts receivable, risk analysis reports and monthly collection reports
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints related to credit control operation
• Handle other credit control matters and ad hoc assignments

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ solid experiences in commercial credit management functions
• Knowledge in SAP (ERP/CMS system) will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office application with strong Excel skills
• Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
