Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- We are looking for INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Internal Audit & Risk Management Department
- Report to CEO and Audit Committee
- Lead and manage Internal Audit team of 5 members located in HK, China and Asia Pacific
- Perform regular risk assessment on the business of audited units to formulate audit scope, strategies and annual audit plan;
- Communicate with audited units to understand their latest development so as to determine audit focus and scope, establish audit methodologies, and carry out audit work accordingly by reviewing relevant policies and procedures and conducting sample testing; proposing valued added recommendations for all audit findings, assisting to achieve consensus with audited units, issuing audit reports and filing all audit materials;
- Carry out special reviews to assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of the risk management and internal control systems of subject matters; proposing valued added recommendations for all review findings, issuing special review reports and filing all review materials;
- Follow up the implementation status of all audit issues raised by the Internal Audit Department and Head Office Internal Audit Department on a regular basis;
- Provide audit related information including progress of audit work, implementation status of audit recommendations, development and operation of the internal control systems of the Company;
- Develop relevant policies and procedures
- Regularly report to the Audit Committee and CEO;
- Degree holder
- Qualified member of CPA, CIA or equivalent;
- Understanding of PRC & HK GAAP;
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in accounting package, MS office applications and Chinese word processing
- A minimum of 6 years’ solid experience in internal audit or risk management
- Experience in Big4 is highly prefer
- Experience in HK listed companies is a plus
- Experience in international trading companies is a plus
- Experience in China state-owned enterprises is a plus
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)
