• Support finance team for daily accounting functions i.e. Accounts Payable, Account Receivable
• Assist with the monthly closing: such as cross check vendor statement
• General clerical duties such as filing and data entry
• Support ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic accounting knowledge for double entries
• Proactive working attitude, detail minded and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Excel is a must
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and with good communication skills
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Immediate available preferred
• Less experience will also be considered as Accounts Clerk
