JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•            Provide financial and business reporting analysis support within the Global Finance team to inform decision-making by Management, Product Management, Engineering and other departments;

•            Prepare monthly analysis of financial results. Examples to include financial statement variances against budget; including trend analysis and account analysis. Provide explanations and recommendations for gap closure or corrective action;

•            Assist in the preparation of the annual budget. Including preparation of supporting schedules, uploading and validation of data into budgeting database, assisting in preparing the financial budgeting model, creating reports and analysis and coordinating with key personnel from various departments;

•            Handle ad hoc assignment and projects

Job Requirements

•            Bachelor degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines with 5 years working experience, CPA or MBA preferred

•           Superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex financial modelling and analysis to quantify the impact of business investments and decisions;

•           Strong verbal & written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;

•           Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Business Objects and MS Access, a plus
