RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform data entry, voucher preparing & record keeping
• Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile customer settlement
• Assist in preparing credit/ debit notes and monthly statements
• Assist in month-end closing with schedules and analysis reports
• Assist in conduct system implementation
• Assist in annual audit and other ad hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• 1 year or above relevant experiences, fresh graduate will be also considered
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Good common of Cantonese and English
•  Immediate available is highly preferred
