• Perform clerical duties such as database update, log sheet update, documents filing and scanning
• Assist in bank account transactions processing including process incoming cheques and bank deposit, issue cheques to vendors, issue services invoices, produce vouchers, update accounting record, bank reconciliations
• Other ad hoc jobs as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above with 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in sizable company (fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application and computer software
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Supportive, initiative, patient, hard-working  
• Immediate availability is preferred
