Responsibility:

1. Responsible for providing pre-sale and in-sale accounting consulting services, guiding customers to make reasonable design and matching in terms of payment cycle, payment method, and accounting relationship between businesses, and provide special after-sales accounting services;
2. Responsible for providing personalized accounting data to important customers in need, including providing personalized payment notices, designing accounting service plans, arrears reminders and other services;
3. Responsible for organizing the special coordination of accounting problems and promoting the solution of problems;
4. Responsible for consultation on customer accounting issues and handling of accounting differences;
5. Responsible for issuing electronic invoices that meet their requirements for special reasons such as cost allocation and unified payment for some customers;
6. Responsible for early warning of arrears and assisting sales staff to make payment of arrears;
7. Responsible for the record of invoice information and supervise the clearance of AR.

Qualification Required:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, major in economics, accounting , finance, statistics and computer;
2. Experience in financial management is preferred, with more than 3 years of work experience in relevant majors in the industry or company system;
3. Have good language and written communication skills, good self-learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, and good pressure resistance;
4. Familiar with common office software, with strong data processing capabilities, familiar with data processing software or programming languages ​​such as EXCEL, SAS, R, PYTHON, SQL is preferred;
5. Strong ability to adapt to the environment.
