Responsibilities:

• Assist to handle daily administrative support including stock keeping, data entry and filing etc.
• Provide daily accounting support in the accounting transaction entry, checking, AP, AR, P&L and BS
• Perform receptionist duties such as answering calls and greeting guests
• Handle ad hoc assignment by the supervisor 

Requirements:

• University student major in Management, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Outstanding academic achievement
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing
• To comply with the “Vaccine Pass” requirements
• Available to work full time from Jun 2022 to early Sept 2022
