• Assistant in month-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial statement
• Process payment, including cheque issuance, voucher preparation, etc
• Manage bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliation
• Manage sale proceeds receipt and report
• Assist in financial budgeting, forecasting and annual audit
• Liaise with auditors and other professional parties
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferable in professional firms or property developers
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Preferably student member of professional bodies e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, etc.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Chinese work processing
• Experience or knowledge in Yonyou accounting system and MySoft system is an advantage
• Initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Accurate, detail-minded, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure
