ACCOUNTS CLERK

Fashion sourcing company very close to Kwai Hing MTR seeks candidates to help meet its continuing expansion:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations in AP and AR
• Responsible for accounting data entry and document filing
• Responsible for arranging payments, communicating with suppliers and general accounting duties
• Assist in preparation of WIP account
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• F5 or above, holding LCC Intermediate is an advantage.
• 1-2 years solid experience preferably in a trading/sourcing company environment
• Self-motivated; hardworking; good initiative; accurate; strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office Word and Excel. Knowledge of MYOB is preferable
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Chinese. Good level or Mandarin is an advantage
