Job Responsibility:
1. Daily maintenance of sales & purchase data;
2. Assist the accountant to ensure smooth running of daily accounting and financial transactions such as recording transactions into ERP system [JDE]. Accurately post and balance all entries in assigned ledgers;
3. Prepare bank reconciliations;
4. Manage staff expenses reimbursements;
5. Perform other duties as manager assigned.

Job Requirement:
1. Higher Diploma in Accounting / LCCI Higher level;
2. Proficiency in computer skills;
3. Good knowledge in ERP systems will be advantage;
4. Good in written and spoken English;
5. A good team player, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
