Executive Summary:

Our client is an Innovation & Technology Community across the Hong Kong and Greater Bay areas. It is now hiring Corporate Compliance Manager who would be responsible for full spectrum internal audit & control, risk management & compliance advisory services of the company.

Job responsibilities:

• Perform audit review to achieve internal control and risk management objectives
• Identify internal control weakness in the existing policy and procedure
• Follow up the implementation status over the findings identified in the internal audit reports
• Assist the Associate Director, Corporate Compliance to prepare papers/reports for the Audit Committee meetings
• Provide advice on internal control and risk management issues
• Perform ad-hoc audit assignments / investigations if needed

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• CPA/CIA/CISA qualifications or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in audit, compliance or risk management
• Excellent analytical, reading / comprehension skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Exposure in NGOs or Public Sector are preferred
• Knowledge and experience in construction or IT audit are definitely added advantages
• Candidates with less experience will be consideration as Assistant Corporate Compliance Manager
