• Act as the right-hand person and force multiplier to CEO
• Provide a full spectrum of professional business administration support to CEO but not limited to personal affairs
• Fully utilize technology and digital tools on managing work schedules, daily appointments, travel itinerary, accommodation and meeting arrangement
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on business issues
• Track high priority initiatives for CEO and identify any obstacles
• Explore good locations for dining and meetings

• Degree holder or above
• Good with technology and eager to learn new technology and software to improve work efficiency
• Proficiency in MS application, especially Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Confident and trustworthy with great interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized, detail-minded, patient and self-driven
• With can-do attitude, curious to learn and try new stuff
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
