Job Responsibilities:

- Perform full spectrum of HR and Office Administration functions.
- Handle payroll calculation, taxation, MPF administration and staff attendance record.
- Responsible for recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, performance management and employee relations.
- Provide support to office daily administration operation.
- Assist to develop and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures.
- Assist team members to organize company event and staff activities.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years solid experience in all rounded Human Resources & Office Administration.
- Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and related legislation.
- Self-motivated, proactive and well organized.
- Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills.
- Proficient in computer operation including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
