Responsibilities:

• Manage overall daily shops operations. Ensure effective communication and act as the key contact point between office and shops for coordination of operational activities.
• Follow up orders and coordinate with all related logistic parties to ensure smooth operation
• Assist in the coordination of new shop opening/renovation project
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues to maintain business networks & relationship
• Manage and assist in all projects assigned with professional manner & judgement
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments / projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1 years relevant working experience
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Power point) and proficient in Chinese typing
• Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, good time management skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good data statistics and analysis capabilities
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
