- To be responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF calculation, HK taxation, employee compensation, insurance, update leave records and other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- To manage new join and departure administration
- To handle monthly reports and annual budget reports for management
- To formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies, and procedures
- To handle general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities etc
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Min. 5 years of working experience with F&B experience
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Immediately available will be highly preferred
- More experience will be considered for Senior HR & Admin Officer
