Job Description

Job Description
  • To be responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF calculation, HK taxation, employee compensation, insurance, update leave records and other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
  • To manage new join and departure administration
  • To handle monthly reports and annual budget reports for management
  • To formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies, and procedures
  • To handle general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities etc
Requirement
  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Min. 5 years of working experience with F&B experience
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
  • More experience will be considered for Senior HR & Admin Officer
