Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and office support activities;
• Perform daily operations of document filing, control and data entry;
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences;
• Assist in Record Management System;
• Provide back up support for reception duties;
• Support to manage Drivers and Office Assistants;
• Responsible for document delivery and distribution when necessary;
• Other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Well organized with strong sense of responsibility, multi-tasking & hardworking;
• Good team player with positive and helpful attitude.
