Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
  • Manage HR functions including the processing of compensation & benefits, staff recruitment & selection, monthly payroll and staff relations programs, salary benchmarking.
  • Ensure consistency of company policies and practices of human resources management with update Employment Ordinance.
  • Design and implement strategic HR plans and programs to support the achievement of business objectives and organization growth.
  • Responsible for all office administrative/procurement functions including office services and supplies, insurance, repair and maintenance, leasing and tenancy renewal, etc.
  • Review, plan and implement administration policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular human resources and office administration reports for management's review.
  • Plan and draft office layout plans, supervise office & warehouse renovation & relocation projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
  • Monitor day-to-day admin operations and enhance office facilities.
  • Provide administrative support including preparation of meeting minutes and presentation materials as assigned.
  • Plan, execute & organize company activities such as Annual Dinner, Engagement events, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc works as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 10 year's human resources and administration experience with focus on recruitment functions;
  • Previous experience in Property Management Firm is an advantage;
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing
  • Details-minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior;
  • Capable of working in demanding and challenging environment.
