JOB DESCRIPTION

• Full spectrum of Human Resources functions, mainly focus on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training and Compensation & Benefits
• Perform end-to-end recruiting process and interviewing non-managerial potential applicants as well as activley exploring new recruitment channels
• Assist in organizing and coordinating Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) training programs and handling work injury cases
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and coordinating training programs if necessary
• Maintain employee personal data, leave record and attendance records in HRIS
• Assist in annual performance appraisal and compile analytical reports for management references
• Prepare HR reports on a regular basis
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience preferably in FMCG or retail industry or manufacturing industry
• Holder with First Aid certificate will be an advantage
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and communications skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with HRIS experience is preferred;
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
