Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, payroll calculation, compensation & benefits and employee relations etc.
- Act as focal point to provide end-to-end recruitment services
- Handle on-boarding & off-boarding processes
- Verify staff attendance records, calculate leave and other allowance payments
- Perform any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma or above in human resources management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
