Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • provide daily administrative and executive support to the Master of Business Management (MBM) programme, including programme administration, student recruitment and support, academic and curriculum-related matters, such as School’s modules administration, accreditation exercises, etc;
  • organise academic and student-related activities, including but not limited to student orientations, award presentation ceremonies, etc;
  • assist in the publicity and promotional activities of the MBM programme; and
  • provide administrative and secretarial support for the MBM programme committees.

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognised degree, preferably with 1-year relevant working experience;
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (particularly Putonghua);
  • have good communication, problem-solving, organisational skills and proficient in information technology;
  • take initiative, work independently and follow through on the tasks assigned; and
  • be self-motivated, detail-oriented and a good team player with a positive attitude, and have strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
