Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole recruitment process for frontline shop and factory, including online job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interview and new hired staff orientation
• Input and maintain all recruitment records and prepare regular reports
• Participate in outdoor recruitment activities including shop & factory walk-in interview, job fair, recruitment day, recruitment talk and etc.
• Explore potential recruitment channels
• Assist in the training class and activities administration
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant working experience preferably in catering /FMCG industry
  
• Good understanding of local employment related ordinance
• A pro-active, independent and detail-minded person
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
