Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To assist the superior in the review of human resources policies, employee handbook and guidelines
  • To prepare presentation materials on the changes of policies for seeking management approval and communication materials  to staff members
  • To act as a gate keeper and ensure accuracy of the daily operations of compensation and benefits related work
  • To assist in the market benchmarking of various benefit schemes to ensure competitiveness of the schemes
  • To follow the tender process for engaging insurance broker and service providers of insurance schemes
  • To design user training/videos for the launch of new Human Resources Management System (“HRMS”) and C&B related reports/dashboard for management
  • To provide post-production and other supports in relation to new HRMS
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ full time relevant working experience in established organisations or equivalent and 2 years in supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience in PC operation and knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Prior exposure in the areas of HR system implementation is advantageous
  • Knowledge in Workday is preferable
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Good analytical skill
