• Support on full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, MPF administration and tax filing covering Market’s Operations
• Support on HRIS management such as payroll, staff movement and other employees related applications
• Regular recruitment duties such as talent sourcing & selection, employee relation & engagement
• Record and calculations of all types of leave for EAO and including sick leave, annual leave etc for market staff,
• Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and report filing
• Other ad-hoc events/activities

We expect you to have

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources preferably gained in Engineering/Construction/ F&B or  FMCG industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work independently
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
• Flexible, Proactive and highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
