The Life Underwriters Association of Hong Kong Ltd. (LUAHK) is a voluntary organisation of professional insurance intermediaries destined for professional development of the insurance services for the community of Hong Kong. Today we have almost 16,000 members. To cope with our fast growing business, the LUAHK invites high calibre to fill up the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare write-ups for media, events and social media
• Coordinate the production of various publications, e.g. newsletter and annual report
• Provide support on various programs, events and related activities
• Assist in handling calls, enquiries, complaints, and so on
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to all projects & meetings
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience.
• Proficient in bilingual writing with good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an added advantage.
• Excellent communications, telephone manner and project management skills.
• Familiar with office computer software. 
• Hand-on experience in social media applications and adobe applications is preferred, but not necessary.
• Independent, responsible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
